So you have a charged honda k20, you could spend many ££££ on IPS KSC cams from Intrinsic Performance, or you could just do what IPS might have done - check out the specifications on the standard type r inlet cam and the type s exhaust cam.
Guess which might cost you a mint and which you can get for a few quid?
I suppose all that harmonic research must account for the difference.
