Back in Sept 2009 Sinclaire Group went bump, the usual sorry tale of large sums being left owing and phoenixing into another company of almost exactly the same name, trading in the same area and the same products under the same control. At the time this was passed off as a "restructuring" - here is that statement;
“Due to restructuring, one of our Companies, Sinclaire Group Ltd was indeed put into Administration last month.
However Sinclaire Motorsport Ltd continues to Trade & to give the same high quality services, including our Trophy winning Honda conversions & our Katana kits & we fully intend to continue to produce & retail such innovative products, whilst maintaining our Premier facility for Technical, Servicing & Bodywork to all our Customers. Therefore Customers will see very little change if any.

Well history seems to be repeating itself - that new company (Sinclaire Motorsport Ltd) is now listed for dissolution under a proposal to strike of from Companies House - no accounts ever having being filed.
