The reasons for the recent changes at Essex Autosport nee Sinclaire Motorsport have become apparent.
Both directors - Gill Sweeting and Wayne Sweeting have been disqualified as unfit to be the director of a limited company. Gill Sweeting banned for five years and Wayne Sweeting for three years.
Given the long list of creditors left behind in their wake I suppose some sort of justice has been done and it does prove that you can't always just sweep this sort of dodgy behaviour under the carpet and hope it goes away.
