A Sun Speed DIY conversion customer from Norway has reported big problems with supply and contact with Sun Speed in the states.
"I order and pay, the kit in october 2008. I get only some a few parts in december 2008. The phone nummer from det invoice is not working. (+13103186111) And they don't reply on e-mail's. (sir@sunspeed.com) I have sent 10-20 e-mails."
Yvo from elise-shop also had problems recently.
"I've ordered some bits, same story here. Got delay mail after delay mail and all went quiet.
It seems like the American boys have copied each others habits :down
I can't tell you what the products look like, have not seen anything and actually sent Tom an email to cancel the order as I'm moving on into another project."
